Delivery Guarantee

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive it in about 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location. The average shipping time at ILGM is just 4 days. It should also be noted that if you have fertilizers and plant protectors with your order, or if you have placed an order for a full grow pack, your seeds will arrive separately from the fertilizers and plant protectors. 

ILGM offers a delivery guarantee for all its orders. As a customer, you can rest assured that your products will reach you, no matter what. If for whatever reason your order is not delivered to you, ILGM will replace and resend the product to you at no extra charge. 

If your seeds have not arrived up to 25 days after placing the order, you can contact the company and they will send your order again. You should make sure that you raise the complaint soon because if you do not contact the company until 90 days after the placement of your order, they will assume that you have received your order. 

Thus, the ideal window to bring up delivery issues is between day 25 and day 90 after your order is placed. Returns

All seeds by ILGM come with a germination guarantee. However, it should be noted that this guarantee is applicable only if your seeds do not germinate using the germination method available on their website. 

If your seeds do not germinate, there are two things you can try. You can try to get them to germinate again with the methods posted on the ILGM website, or you can contact the company for a possible replacement. In any case, you should not throw out the seeds that have not germinated, because ILGM may ask you to return them for analysis.

If your seeds do germinate, but the plant dies after some time, unfortunately, ILGM will not offer a replacement. This is because there are too many external factors involved in plant growth for the company to be held responsible. However, growers are encouraged to use the resources on the ILGM website to get a good crop. 

Payment Methods 

ILGM offers many payment methods. Here is a summary list of them: 

1. For USA Customers: 

• Online Bank transfers using the email address of the account
• Wire or ach bank transfer
